Seminar I: Wellness Recovery Action Plan for Depression Workshop

Join experienced recovery educators for their Wellness Recover Action Plan workshop, a self-help system that helps you order your life to improve your wellness and meet your goals. Participants will learn how to apply key concepts of recovery into their everyday lives, explore and discover their safe wellness tools, develop a daily plan, identify upsetting events and develop action plans for responding to them, and create a strategy to gain support and stay in control of their wellbeing during and after a crisis.
