Volunteer Opportunities

We are currently recruiting volunteers for the following events:


Relay for Life - May 11, 2018

Location:  Community Maritime Park Amphitheatre, Pensacola
Shifts:  1:00 to 5:00 p.m.; 3:00 to 8:00 p.m.; 5:00 to 10:00 p.m.; 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Volunteer Type:  Set-up and break-down (no heavy lifting), working with children, registration table, and team assistance.
Attire:  Closed-toe shoes are a must; light-colored shirt is preferred.

Longleaf Elementary School Student Field Day - May 16, 2018

Location:  Longleaf Elementary, 2600 Longleaf Drive, Pensacola
Time:  7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Volunteers do not have to stay for the full event.
Theme:  “Freedom” Field Day - Longleaf Patriots.  If you'd like to dress for the theme, you may wear patriotic colors.
Volunteer Type:  Helping with the set-up of games and equipment outside, assisting teachers with supervising open play areas, overseeing various relay games, and acting as a role model and playing with students from kindergarten through 5th grade.

“Star Spangled Salute” to Military Families - May 19, 2018

Location:  On the Bayou Grand Marina at NAS Pensacola
Time:  3:30 to 8:30 p.m. Volunteers do not have to stay for the full event.
Volunteer Type:  Assisting at booths, overseeing bounce house, obstacle courses, games, etc.
