Vice President of Impact Services

The Vice President of Impact Services provides leadership and overall direction to 211 Northwest Florida and the community impact work of United Way of West Florida. This position is responsible for the planning, development, management and implementation of strategies and investments to help improve programs and services to fulfill UWWF’s Mission, Vision, and Priorities. The VP of Impact Services ensures training curricula, policies, and processes are in place that meet 211, 988, and Veteran Support Line accreditation standards. The VP of Impact Services is a member of the UWWF leadership team, and as such works to further the mission of UWWF and to help the organization become a thriving United Way while achieving community-level change. Achieve Escambia Manager

The purpose of this position is to nurture and grow the existing civic infrastructure to improve educational outcomes from cradle to career in Escambia County. The Manager will facilitate community-wide engagement; oversee the Collective Action Networks (CANS) (Kindergarten Readiness Collective Action Network (KCAN) and Local College Access Network (LCAN) as well as the data committee; and otherwise oversee the day-to-day operations of the community initiative Achieve Escambia. Individual Donor Manager

The Individual Donor Manager is responsible for leading the cultivation, stewardship, and growth of individual donors and donor affinity groups. This role ensures that United Way of West Florida (UWWF) provides meaningful, personalized engagement opportunities that inspire giving, advocacy, and volunteerism. The manager will oversee relationship management with individual donors at all levels and coordinate the strategy and operations for key donor groups, including Tocqueville Society, Leadership Giving, Women United, Emerging Leaders, and other affinity groups. The successful candidate will be a strategic relationship-builder, a results-driven fundraiser, and a collaborative team player who strengthens the pipeline of individual giving to secure UWWF’s long-term sustainability. Community Outreach Coordinator 

The Community Outreach Coordinator is a critical part of promoting all 211 programs, including 988, FVSL, and AARP, and all other United Way of West Florida (UWWF) programming and services. As an ambassador for UWWF, the Coordinator will attend community events, fairs, and other forums where they will prioritize educating citizens about 211 and other UWWF programs. The Coordinator must be able to work diligently and independently and possess skills of engagement and positive regard. Accounting Specialist

The Accounting Specialist provides clerical and accounting support to the Director of Finance. In addition, this position will provide payroll and human resources support to the Director of Operations. This position is a key member of the Finance Team.
