Brenda Peterson

Raised in a family rooted in community service, Brenda learned compassion and attentiveness at an early age through volunteering alongside her mother. Those values have guided her work across retail, group home care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and now in 211! She serves in multiple capacities- as a call center specialist where she supports callers by identifying needs and connecting them to vital resources, as an AARP Unpaid Caregiver Coordinator connecting with and supporting caregivers, and as a resource specialist focusing on strengthening the 211 resource database to ensure accurate, up-to-date information.
