Achieve Escambia Manager
The purpose of this position is to nurture and grow the existing civic infrastructure to improve educational outcomes from cradle to career in Escambia County. The Manager will facilitate community-wide engagement; oversee the Collective Action Networks (CANS) (Kindergarten Readiness Collective Action Network (KCAN) and Local College Access Network (LCAN) as well as the data committee; and otherwise oversee the day-to-day operations of the community initiative Achieve Escambia. VP of Impact Services
The Vice President of Impact Services provides leadership and overall direction to 211 Northwest Florida and the community impact work of United Way of West Florida. This position is responsible for the planning, development, management, and implementation of strategies and investments to help improve programs and services to fulfill UWWF’s Mission, Vision, and Priorities. The VP of Impact Services ensures training curricula, policies, and processes are in place that meet 211, 988, and Veteran Support Line accreditation standards. The VP of Impact Services is a member of the UWWF leadership team, and as such works to further the mission of UWWF and to help the organization become a thriving United Way while achieving community-level change. Veteran Support Line Resource Database Curator (30 hours per week)
This is a part-time, 30 hour a week position. The primary responsibility of the Resource Database Curator assigned to Florida Veteran Support Line (FVSL) is to apply the tools developed in his/her own recovery/experiences as well as the philosophy and values of the Florida Peer Network to better develop and manage resource information. The Resource Database Curator assists with the organizational effectiveness of the resource department by maintaining the 2-1-1 resource database, updating information related to Veteran-specific resources, and participating in United Way of West Florida functions.
