
Donna joined United Way of West Florida’s Community Impact Team as the Help Line Outreach Coordinator. Originally from Louisiana, she and her family recently relocated to the Pensacola area.
With more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Donna has dedicated her career to serving individuals and families in need. Her journey began as an AmeriCorps VISTA with the Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Program, where she discovered her passion for advocating on behalf of children and families. She has since held roles with organizations such as United Way of Southeast Louisiana, VIA LINK 211, and FEMA, and has worked as a Disaster Case Manager with both Louisiana Spirit and the Louisiana Methodist Council.
Donna brings a deep understanding of community needs, resource navigation, and capacity building to her role at UWWF / 211 Northwest Florida. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the outdoors through hiking, biking, and kayaking.
