Leah serves as the Program Coordinator for Healthy Schools Escambia with United Way of West Florida, where she champions the social-emotional well-being and success of students, educators, and families. She is a Certified Community Health Worker, Certified Peer Recovery Specialist, an Advanced Level Facilitator (ALF) for WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan), and a Peer-to-Peer Program Leader/Facilitator for NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness), bringing specialized expertise to the development and delivery of programs that foster resilience, empowerment, and self-care.


Drawing on her 14 years of experience in law enforcement and her extensive community engagement, Leah creates initiatives that are innovative, inclusive, and impactful. She is passionate about empowering others to build the skills, confidence, and support networks they need to thrive.


Originally from Pensacola, Florida, Leah enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling, and connecting with her community.
