As the Development Manager, Mary Kate’s main focus is building strong relationships and connecting people to the important work we do. She has always been passionate about engagement and education as drivers to make real, positive change. Whether it was her start in before and after-school care at her local YMCA, utilizing the power of experiential learning at the C5 Youth Foundation New England, an AmeriCorps service year, or employing conservation- and community-focused messaging for a multimillion-dollar fundraising campaign at the Virginia Zoo, she has consistently committed herself to being challenge-ready and focused on creating a better future for those she serves.
Off the clock, you can find Mary Kate picking up the heaviest weights she can find, looking for the best birria taco in town, or traveling far and wide with her husband, beloved German Shepherd, Taz, and lab puppy, Boo.
