Mirella joined the United Way of West Florida team in 2024. Originally from Virginia, she and her family relocated to Pace in 2018.
Since then, Mirella has become deeply engaged in the local community and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Santa Rosa County Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Santa Rosa and the Santa Rosa County Navy League Council. She is the co-founder and Program Director for Empowering Women in Business Networking, an Ambassador for the Santa Rosa County Chamber, a graduate of Leadership Santa Rosa Class 34, and Past Chair of the Leadership Santa Rosa Alumni Association. She proudly served as Navy Family Ombudsman for NAS Whiting Field from 2018-2022 and was recognized as Emerging Leader of the Year by the Santa Rosa County Chamber of Commerce.
With more than 20 years of experience in cultivating strategic relationships through outreach, networking, and marketing initiatives, Mirella brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role. She is dedicated to strengthening connections with individual donors and corporate sponsors to advance United Way’s mission in Escambia and Santa Rosa County.
