Whether you’re brand new to the platform or simply need a refresher, this session will walk you through the basics step by step and highlight helpful tools you may not yet be using.

During the session, you’ll learn how volunteers can quickly and easily find opportunities that match their interests, skills, and availability. We’ll show you how to search for volunteer roles, sign up for events, track your hours, and stay engaged with causes you care about.

For nonprofits and agencies, the session will cover how to use Get Connected as a free, all-in-one volunteer management tool. You’ll learn how to post volunteer needs and public events, manage and approve volunteer hours, communicate with supporters, and access reports that help you understand engagement and growth.
